Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu was moved to tears during a visit to Gaza with a delegation of Arab foreign ministers led by Arab League Secretary-General Nabil Elaraby.
Davutoğlu visited wounded people in the al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza and met the relatives of Palestinians who had lost their lives.
The minister cried as he hugged the family of a Palestinian who was killed in the attacks.Davutoğlu made history as the first high-level Turkish dignitary to visit Gaza. The delegation was welcomed by Palestinian officials at the Rafah border gate.
